Claims for damaged or broken goods will only be accepted within 7-days of receipt of the goods by email notification. Further instructions will then be given.
Tropicology reserves the right to review all returned goods and if the fault is not accepted then Tropicology will resend back to the customer at the customer's expense.
All returned goods will be sent with Australia Post.
Final changes are all subject to approval by Tropical Fruit World TA Tropicology. Tropicology will not reimburse postage costs. Returns must be in new condition with tags attached unless faulty. Returns must be made using the above process. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
